I’m a Sugar Baby, and My Client Is My Roommate’s Dad

I am a college sugar baby, and my biggest monthly client is my best friend's dad.
He pays for my luxury apartment, my tuition, and gives me a $3,000 monthly allowance. In exchange, we meet up at a boutique hotel twice a week while he tells his family he's "at a corporate golf dinner."
The worst part about this entire situation isn't even the moral guilt—it's the daily conversations I have to endure with his daughter. She is my roommate and my best friend since freshman year. Every single day, she complains to me about how "cheap" her dad is because he refused to buy her a new car for her birthday or help her pay for her spring break trip, claiming the family is "tight on money this year."
I have to sit there, nod my head, and comfort her while literally wearing a pair of Chanel earrings and carrying a Prada bag that her father bought me last Tuesday. If she ever finds out where my rent money comes from, my life is completely over, but the rush of financial freedom is too addicting to stop.
